Frequently asked questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with no credit card. You get full access to Pro features for 14 days. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or your account is paused (no data deleted).
What counts as a "person"?
Each unique individual across your master lists and sessions. The same person in multiple sessions is counted once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You can be up and running in under 30 minutes.
Where is my data stored?
We take data residency seriously. Your data is hosted in a secure cloud environment with configurable region options. Contact us if you have specific data sovereignty requirements.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved during a 3-day grace period. After that, your account is paused but data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
